COVID-19 Prevention Policy

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking extra precautions with the order pick-ups for each client, sanitation and disinfecting practices are required.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include:
  • Fever 
  • Fatigue
  • Dry Cough 
  • Sore Throat
  • Muscle Pain
  • Headache
  • Chills
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • New loss of Taste or Smell

 

Please follow our prevention guideline upon arrival:

  1. Please dial 604-821-0088 upon arrival
  2. State your name and order number
  3. You will be directed to hand sanitize upon entering and exiting the warehouse
  4. A mask or face covering is REQUIRED within the warehouse 
  5. If you are sick, have been travelling, or have come into direct contact with someone who has been ill you need to inform us in advance.

  6. Respect other people’s space and leave a 2 meters (6 feet) distance between yourself and others.
